Questions

What is the difference between a standard and a comprehensive AMC?

A standard contract covers scheduled visits and labour for routine work, with parts charged separately. A comprehensive contract also includes most spare parts, which makes your annual cost predictable.

How often should a lift be serviced?

Monthly preventive visits are common for residential and commercial lifts. The right interval depends on usage, age and the manufacturer’s guidance, and we confirm it after inspecting your lift.

Can you take over maintenance from another company?

Yes. We start with a takeover inspection, report on the lift’s condition and agree what needs fixing before the contract begins.

What happens in a breakdown?

Call or message the breakdown line. A technician attends, releases anyone trapped as the first priority, then restores the lift or makes it safe until parts arrive.

Keep your lift running.

Tell us the lift type, age and location. We will inspect it and propose the right plan.
