Why Story and Core
Every building has a core: the shaft, structure and services that everything else depends on. Around it sit the storeys where people live and work. Most companies handle one or the other. We handle both, and the name says so.
Founder
Nishant Rathi
Nishant ran operations for a Dubai lift contractor, covering estimation, procurement, project delivery and compliance on villa and building projects. Story and Core puts that experience together with in-house design and fit-out, so clients deal with one team from survey to handover.

Every quote follows a site visit. We do not estimate from photographs for work that depends on measurements.
Written programmes
You receive a schedule with the proposal and a written update every week once work starts.
